About US

The School was established in the year 1941. Shri Jai Narayan Sapkota resident of kanam Tek (presently under Maneydara GPU) was the founder member.

In the beginning school was run by village committee. School committee appointed Shri. Nar Sing Pradhan as a first teacher. School was taken up by Government in the year 1960.

It is located in Rural area. It is located in NAMTHANG block of SOUTH SIKKIM. The school consists of Grades from 1 to 10. The school is Co-educational and it have an attached pre-primary section. 

The school is Not Applicable in nature and is not using school building as a shift-school. English is the medium of instructions in this school. This school is approachable by all weather road. In this school academic session starts in March.
